  Kana felt a little disappointed that she couldn't use her magical abilities at school, but she knew it was for the best to keep her powers hidden. She focused on her studies and socializing with her friends, enjoying the day as a normal high school student.

  As the day went on, Kana couldn't wait to return home and continue her magical adventures with Chiaki, Haruka, and Kuro. She was eager to see what new spells and abilities she could learn and practice with her companions.

  As the final bell rang, Kana gathered her things and made her way home, feeling a sense of excitement and anticipation for what was to come. She couldn't wait to don her Karyl cosplay and practice her magic once again.

  This evening she was practicing with soul manipulation spells from her grimoire. As she prepared, she noticed with surprise, that her beloved cat ears and magical staff had souls too. Before that, she was thinking about them just as magical accessories. But now she became aware, that they are not just accessories, but sentient magical beings with their own souls, their own thoughts, wills, and feelings. Very surprised, she quickly established a telepathic chat room with Chiaki, Haruka, and Kuro, using her grimoire. As the chat room was established, she shyly said telepathically: "Ehem. Hello there!"

  Chiaki, Haruka, and Kuro were all surprised to hear Kana's voice in their minds. They had never communicated with her in this way before, and they were amazed by her newfound ability to establish a telepathic connection with them.

Kana's grimoire was embedded into a lance form in a special compartment, attached near the glowing crystal. A tremendous amount of magical energy started circulating within Haruka.

  Finally, Kana's boots were modified too with small purple glowing crystals. She started to levitate in the air, wearing her armored outfit, with Chiaki as her armored cat ears headband and Haruka transformed into a powerful lance.

  As Kana floated in the air, she felt a surge of power and excitement coursing through her. She knew that with her new battle mode and powerful lance, she could take on any challenge that came her way.

  She practiced some basic moves, testing out the lance's range and power, and Chiaki and Haruka were amazed at the sheer force of Kana's attacks.

  Kana decided not to attract too much attention, so she took Kuro with her in bracelet mode, and flew away toward the deserted area where she could practice her battle skills without any disturbance.

  As she flew, she thought about the amazing power she possessed now and how it would help her in her magical journey. She was grateful for her magical companions and the grimoire that had given her this incredible gift.

  At a wooded uninhabited area, she tested the new magical attacks from her grimoire.

  Kana aimed her lance at a row of trees in front of her and chanted the incantation for "Photon Lancer". As she did so, Haruka's crystal glowed with a brilliant purple light, and a series of glowing purple energy spheres formed at the tip of the lance.

  Kana lifted the lance and fired a burst of energy spheres at the trees, sending them flying in all directions with a loud crashing sound. The attack was fast and powerful, and the trees didn't stand a chance against Kana's Photon Lancer.

  As Kana looked around at the destruction she had caused, she felt a surge of excitement and power.   Excited by this, Kana decided to test her most powerful attack - "Plasma Smasher".

  Kana said: "Now let's learn more specific defense magic. Kuro, can you maintain Defenser shield around me? Haruka, you can try to shoot at me from distance using your lance form."

  Kuro nodded and closed his eyes in concentration as he focused on maintaining the Defenser shield around Kana. Haruka aimed at Kana, firing small energy beams at her.

  Kuro nodded and focused on maintaining the Auto Guard spell, while Haruka as a powerful lance and began to shoot various magical attacks at Kana from different directions and with varying strengths. Kana trusted her companions and focused on maintaining her concentration, relying on Kuro's Auto Guard spell to protect her.
